Cancellation Policy

Below are the cancellation policies:

  • 10 Days Before Check-In: Guests can cancel their confirmed booking and receive a 100% refund if the cancellation is made at least 10 days prior to the date of check-in.
  • 7 to 10 Days Before Check-In: Guests are entitled to a 50% refund if they cancel their booking between 10 to 7 days before the check-in date.
  • Within 7 Days of Check-In: Cancellations made within this period will incur 100% no-show/cancellation charges.
  • Peak Dates: Cancellations for long holiday weekends and peak dates, including Holi, Independence Day, Republic Day, Good Friday, Diwali, Christmas, and New Year, are not accepted.
  • Booking Modification: Guests can modify their booking. New rates would be applied depending upon the rates on requested date and villa availability.

Swimming Pool Rules

These rules are designed to provide a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for all guests. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

  • No Lifeguard on Duty: Swim at your own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty. Guests are encouraged to swim within their abilities. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Water Depth Awareness: Be mindful of the water depth before jumping or swimming. Shallow areas are not suitable for diving.
  • No Horseplay: Running, diving, pushing, or any form of rough play is strictly prohibited around the pool area to prevent injuries.
  • Be Cautious of Slippery Surfaces: Poolside areas can be slippery when wet. Walk carefully to prevent injury due to slips or falls, and avoid running near the pool.
  • Restricted Night-Time Use: For safety reasons, pool usage is not permitted after dark. Please enjoy the pool only during designated daytime hours.
  • Noise Control and Courtesy: Please keep noise levels low and avoid loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior. Refrain from using abusive language, and ensure no actions disturb nearby neighbors.
  • No Glass Items: For everyone’s safety, do not bring or place any glass items near the pool area to prevent accidents and injuries from broken glass.
  • No Alcohol: Alcohol is not permitted anywhere in the property. Please avoid alcohol consumption.
  • No Smoking or Hookah: Smoking, including hookah, is strictly prohibited in and around the pool area to maintain cleanliness and prevent damage of rubber antiskid and PVC grill.
  • No Barbecues or Open Flames: Barbecuing or using open flames is not allowed near the pool to prevent hazards, property damage, and ensure safety.
  • No Food Items Near Pool: Food is not permitted near the pool area to keep the water clean and to avoid attracting insects. Please enjoy food in designated areas only.
  • Electrical Devices: Do not bring electrical devices, such as speakers or chargers, near the pool area to prevent electrical hazards.
  • Dispose of Trash Properly: Help keep the pool area clean by disposing of all trash in designated bins.

House Rules

  • Energy Conservation: Turn off lights, fans, air conditioning, and appliances when not in use to help us conserve energy.
  • Night-Time Quiet Hours: Loud music is not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect the tranquillity of the area during these hours. We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry.
  • Music System: The music system should remain in its designated place. Taking it outside is not permitted.
  • Alcohol Consumption: Consumption of alcohol is not permitted within the property.
  • Smoking/Hookah: Smoking and hookah use within the villa, rooms, and near the swimming pool are prohibited. Outside areas are permissible. Please ensure no property damage due to hot cigarette ashes or hookah coals.
  • Illegal Activities: Illegal activities, including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs or narcotics and carrying firearms or weapons, are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
  • Furniture: Please do not move furniture around, as this can cause damage and disrupt the setup.
  • Valuables: Guests are responsible for their personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any items.
  • Conduct: No horseplay or arguments. Please take care of your own safety and the safety of others.
  • Identification: As required by law, every guest over 18 must carry government-approved photo ID proof that shows their address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses, and Passports.
  • Deposit: A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
  • Payment: Full payment must be made to confirm your booking.
  • Guest Limit: The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
  • Registered Guests: Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. Additional charges may apply for extra guests if accommodations are possible.
  • Damage Policy: Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged at the actual cost of repair or replacement.
  • Respect for Neighbours: Please do not engage in any activities that could disturb neighbours, including excessive noise or the use of abusive language.
  • Behaviour: Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above rules may result in a polite refusal of service, and management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
